I would like to start off by telling you the experience when we purchase the car a few months ago. The salesman Jeff was awesome I informed him a few years back we purchased 4 vehicles within 2 and 1/2 years Three of them from Christensen Chevy. I told him within the next year both of my daughters are looking for new vehicles. It went south once we were signing paperwork that guy was being very sneaky he would not give me all documents I signed as I have requested. Because of that Smith Chevy would not see any more purchases of vehicles from me. My daughter just purchased a 2026 trailblazer a week and a half ago on 11-15-25 and I sent her to Gerber if you want pictures I can send them to you. Again this is all because of the finance person. I'm the type of person I will be a loyal customer to you until you put a bad taste in my mouth. As for my service on the oil change everything was excellent so that department still has my business. Kevin is a great young man and is very detailed.
